On the 17th of February we held our fifth Rock the Day wedding fair at The Old Parish Rooms. We absolutely love running these events, match-making fun couples with fab suppliers is our favourite thing to do! This fair had some of the loveliest couples ever and the creme de la creme of local wedding suppliers, so we know they'll be very happy together!

Lucy Can't Dance New Collection Launch!

Last Saturday was the launch of the incredible new collection by Lucy Can't Dance, the Cosmic Rodeo. And WHAT. A. NIGHT. There was a catwalk show with some seriously badass babes modelling the beautiful new collection (think iridescent sequins, tassels, silky flowing skirts, pastel wigs and sunburst headdresses), live music and an amazing after party. We were lucky enough to be involved and we had so much fun!

Well, hello 2019! January is here and so is ‘Blue Monday’. I’ve decided to say NO THANKS to the most depressing day of the year and instead of feeling gloomy, I am looking forwards. We have so many adventures coming our way! 2018 was an incredible year for Rock the Day, and we're planning on making 2019 even better! The Studio: Before & After

As you saw in our last post - WE HAVE A STUDIO! Yay!! We are very proud of it, mostly because it's beautiful but also because, when we first found it, it really, really wasn't. Here is how this space looked before... I know, right?! It took quite some work to get it looking like this... All 'after' images by Laura Beresford Photography The space hadn't been used for a year, so our first job was to clean. A good, proper, hands and knees, scrubbing the walls, kinda clean. We picked the hottest two weeks of the year to do this, so that was a bonus... oops! We hadn't had our own studio space before, we'd always met with couples...
